Our acerola cherry capsules are made with organic freeze dried acerola powder that is fair trade compliant, kosher certified and sustainably wild harvested.  Acerola cherry also known as Barbados cherry or wild crapemyrtle, is a tropical fruit-bearing shrub or small tree in the family Malpighiaceae.  It is juicy, often as much sour as sweet in flavour, and contains 30x more vitamin c than found in organs. Acerola is also packed full of vitamin a, folate, and potassium and is an excellent antioxidant. Because of the high natural vitamin c found in acerola it helps other antioxidants become fully absorbed.

The importance of NO flow agents, additives or fillers!  Buyer beware of any supplement capsule or tablet containing magnesium stearate, silica, stearic acid or calcium stearate (this does not include silica packs inside bottles used to keep out moisture). These are flow agents that are made by hydrogenating cottonseed or palm oil, and are used throughout the supplements industry as lubricants to speed up production. They accumulate in your body and will decrease absorption by as much as 75% and are of no value!  These flow agents also contain high amounts of pesticides and herbicides.  Stearic acid which makes up for more than half of the mass in magnesium stearate has been found in in-vitro lab studies to inhibit T-cel function.  Magnesium stearate has been found to cause allergic symptomology in certain individuals.  Only Amazon Thunder products are 100% organic, 100% kosher and 100% additive, filler and flow agent free!
