Is sea-foam or light-blue in color, aged for 3 months, and made from organic
raw cashew nuts with *Crystal Manna flakes. Made with absolutely no preservatives,
stabilizers, artificial ingredients or additives of any kind.
Firm, mellow with a hint of tang, you can smear on crackers or vegetables.
100% dairy free, no gluten, no casein, no soy and lactose free, 100% organic
and vegan!
Low in fat, sodium, calories, zero cholesterol, high in iron and vegetable
protein.

About:
Our cheese is made from 100% raw, organic nuts. First we carefully
select the nuts and seeds, then we mix the raw nuts with our own
home-made acidophilus and a little royal pink himalayan salt (one of
the best salts available in the market!).Thus we have made nut curd by
applying the same procedures for making traditional dairy-based cheese!
Our cheeses are made with absolutely no preservatives, stabilizers,

Our aged cheeses are best enjoyed within 3 months of receipt. Please keep this in mind if you
are placing an order for a special event you may have on your calendar.
There are no preservatives or vacuum wrap to lengthen the shelf life.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within one to two business days from the time we
receive your order. Cheese must be shipped via Priority Service.
Orders must be placed Monday through Wednesday. Our products need to be delivered before the
weekend to ensure that they are not being stored in a warehouse where
temperature is unregulated.
All of our cheeses are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs.
Please take this into consideration when viewing shipping rates.
We ensure that we are shipping only the finest products to you.
We are not responsible for replacements or refunds of shipments
if the shipping address provided is deemed incomplete or invalid, or if
the recipient is not available to sign for a package in a reasonable
amount of time.
Upon receipt, all of our cheese products should be refrigerated immediately.
Pick Up Option:
If you live in the Toronto area or will be stopping by for a visit,
you can select the "Pick Up" option under shipping method. Orders need
to be placed before the cut off time & day to ensure order is ready
for pick up the same week. For full details & location, regarding
pick up orders, please click "Pick Up Orders" button on left side menu
on main page.
Any fees for shipping containers & ice packs will be returned
and not charged for pick up orders. Please note: you are responsible
for keeping your cheese refridgerated and cool after pick up. We do
not provide ice packs, containers, coolers at the pick up location. If
you are coming from a distance, either bring a cooler with ice, or
ensure that your cheese can be refridgerated immediately.
Cheese should be kept in a low moisture environment around 40 degrees.
All of our cheeses are hand made. That means the weights of each piece are approximate.
* Crystal Manna is 100% pure AFA (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae), one of natures
most perfect foods. This unique blue-green algae grows wild in the spring-fed
pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake, Oregon. High in vitamins, minerals,
rare trace elements, essential fatty acids, including Omega-3, phytonutrients,
active enzymes, amino acids, proteins, and complex sugars.
