I've had one for over 20 years. It is fast, makes excellent grain flours (oats, wheat, rice, barley, etc), easily adjustable from quite coarse to super fine. I make 10 lbs at a time, which takes about 15 grinding minutes. Cleaning it is done mostly with a vacuum cleaner (dedicated brush). It can be noisy, but it is efficient and just a GREAT machine for a nutrition-oriented, dedicated cook.
