This treat is 100% certified organic raw whole coconut meat, cut into chips and low temperature dried at below 108 F degrees. It is unsweetened and unsulfured. It is great for making your own trail mixes or taking along anywhere for a snack. Coconut has many health benefits. Can be used in recipes, sprinkled on food or used as a garnish to beautify raw food recipes. The Coconut Chips are a much larger cut than the small coconut shreds and can be used as a snack food.
