Ingredients: Each bottle contains 120 (400 mg) vegetable capsules of 100% E3 Refractance-Window dried Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA)

Serving Size: 2 Capsules

Suggested Use: Store in a cool dry place. Start with 1 capsule per day, gradually increasing to 2 capsules or more as needed, based on your individual needs. Take before or after a meal, early in the day.

Important: Drink plenty of pure water throughout the day. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
