The Grounding Bed Pad connects the body to the earth during sleep.  It is placed at the foot of the bed so the electrons and natural frequencies from the earth flow from the earth through the feet and legs to the entire body.

The sheet is placed at the foot or center of the bed, over your bottom fitted sheet and tucked under and around the mattress. The sheet connects to the earth with a grounding cord. One end of the grounding cord snaps onto the sheet and the other end connects into an electrical outlet or to the earthing grounding rod system (sold separately). Placing your bare feet or legs on the sheet easily grounds you to the earth during sleep. Care and Cleaning:

Early prototype Bed Pads are still in use after many years. Newer Bed Pads made with cotton, polyester, and conductive silver fiber have withstood rigorous testing conducted by an independent testing lab. After 100 wash/dry cycles, the conductive silver fibers show virtually no breakage or wear. When cared for properly, your Grounding Bed Pad will last as long as any good quality set of bed sheets.

Your Grounding Bed Pad may be laundered just as you would wash other bedding using the gentle wash cycle and a mild detergent. Low heat drying is recommended. However, we strongly recommend not using Chlorine Bleach and Fabric Softeners. When necessary, you may add a half cup of Hydrogen Peroxide when you begin the wash cycle to remove stains and/or to whiten your Grounding Bed Pad.
