Upaya Suggestion: Slice some of our raw vegan cheese into tiny shreds/slices, add some tomato, fresh sprouts like red clover or mix, slice or spread of avocado, sprinkle of sea salt with vegetables shaker (or kelp,dulse, triple blend, etc), and if you like add some seasoned nut-meat to make a yummy taco. There are nut-meat recipes in our raw recipe books to choose from. If we don't have our sprouts ready we slice thinly some cucumbers. We usually pair this with a nice salad or raw soup.
Store these in the refrigerator (if you don't manage to eat them all at once).
Note: In Hot Weather these must ship with an insulated container and ice pak. Local Pick Up Orders in Barrie & Toronto will not need any shipping containers but must be responsible to keep their item cool.
The wraps are circular, thin (like a soft tortilla shell) and approx. 7" in diameter. They are hand made (not made by a machine) so they will not look like a cookie cutter duplicates with perfect edges. If they dry out spritz or dampen them with a bit of water in a shut in a closed container to rehydrate A BIT. Okay to freeze them if you choose. Gluten Free!
Ingredients (Organic): Corn, Carrots, Golden Flax, Onion, Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Chili Powder, Sea Salt.
(the label may say salt on the next couple of batches but this is not the table salt commonly used it is sea salt).
Note: All Ingredients are soaked and sprouted when necessary ensuring easy digestion and full nutritional value.
