Sometimes called the King of Foods, marula nuts are known for their high protein content and as a rich source of heart-healthy oleic acid. Marula nuts also contain important minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, and have a smooth, creamy, delicious taste and are considered a delicacy by many. These nuts are hand-cracked.
