We believe in the pure integrity and greater value of using facial oils and we also recognize the transition from using a cream to an oil is not so easy for some individuals. To help with the transition and to offer a purer, more active cream than most, we have created a light cream moisturizer using a minimum of natural solubilizers and stabilizers and as many live, natural active ingredients as possible in an emulsion using honeysuckle extract as a natural preservative.

Our Phyto-Antioxidant Cream is high in antioxidants and includes phytoplankton photolyase enzymes (‘photosomes’) for natural UV protection. A stabilized vitamin C ester and a complex of wheat and soya derived peptides are included to help increase collagen, stabilize collagen fibers and prevent collagen cross-linkage (glycation), a major cause of aging in skin. The vitamin C ester also supports the skin’s natural immunity and helps lighten and even skin tone.

Many of the same active ingredients included in the ‘Phyto-Infusion’ and the ‘BioActive Facial Oils’ are contained in the ‘Phyto-Antioxidant Cream’, however some of these such as the vitamin C ester, are included in a lower percentage due to the nature of formulating and processing an emulsion opposed to blending a pure active oil or cold-processed serum. We do believe, however, our ISUN cream is purer, more active with higher percentages of regenerating and protective ingredients, and gives a skintransforming result superior to most other available facial creams.

Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate

Highly Active, Stable Vitamin C Ester

Pure vitamin C is very unstable. It is sensitive to oxidation from light and heat and will degrade quickly. It is also not significantly active in collagen synthesis and antioxidation. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a highly active, bio-available, stable, oil-soluble Vitamin C ester. It delivers pure Vitamin C 50 times better than ascorbic acid and protects the cells against UV-B better than other esters of vit C.

**This highly active form of Vitamin C is found in the highest percentage in the BioActive Facial Oils. The next highest levels are found in the Phyto-Infusions, Phyto-Peptide Eye Cream and Phyto-Antioxidant Cream.**

HOW TO USE ISUN SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Facial Oil or Cream Moisturizer

Amount: 3-4 pumps

How To: Apply over face and neck. If using a facial oil, avoid applying on skin ¼” from eye opening.

Option: Mix the oil or cream with the Phyto-Infusion and apply together. This creates a lighter, more rapidly absorbed moisturizer.

Option: If not using the Phyto-Infusion, mix the oil or cream with the Emerald

Sun Hydrosol or Hydrosol Mist for the lightest application. More hydrosol with only 1-3 drops of oil or cream makes a good moisturizer for oily skin.

Why Moisturize & Protect?

In addition to water, a large component of skin structure is oil in the forms of fatty acids and phospholipids. Natural skin oils become depleted with age and often due to hormones, diet and environment. Protecting and nourishing skin with nutrient-rich oils/creams is important to maintain and restore the skin’s own protective moisture barrier and to help regenerate healthy skin. Skin-soluble oils also provide excellent carriers of other beneficial nutrients and protective antioxidants.

Optional steps in a skin care regime are: Age-repair serums, eye care, lip care and facial mask treatments.

Integrity Packaging

Our products are packaged in dark violet miron glass from Germany, made especially to preserve the integrity of natural ingredients. Analysis studies comparing the preservation of nutritional values of spirulina stored in amber glass with storage in miron dark violet glass showed the violet glass maintained higher levels of nutrients for longer periods. Miron dark violet glass has also been shown to block radiation from xray machines in airports and other sources of radiation, thereby protecting natural products packaged in miron glass.
