If you would like to pre-order and pick-up up your items, make sure we receive your order online or by phone before 1 pm EST on Tuesdays for same week Thursday pickup after 5pm.  Make sure to bring exact change when picking up your items if paying cash since the Cafe is not responsable for giving out change for cash pick-up orders.

In the Toronto area? Instead of shipping your order you ALSO have the OPTION to pick up your order in Toronto. Upaya Naturals gives you the CHOICE to SHIP your items via Postal Service or FedEx OR you may PICK UP your items at our Toronto Pick Up location.

The detailed instructions below are to avoid any confusion when placing an order for pickup. Please read over carefully before ordering. We also have a pickup location in Barrie, Ontario. Click here for our Barrie pickup location.

How it Works:

1) Place your order online. On the checkout page fill in YOUR billing and shipping address, but choose 'Pick Up -Toronto' as the shipping method.

2) WAIT until WE contact YOU by email (usually within 36 hrs)- You will be sent an email stating the date the order will be dropped off . (Check your spam filters for this email or give us a call)

3) Once you have been contacted via email that your order is at the pick-up location, please drop by between the hours below:

Toronto Pick Up Hours
Mon to Sat:    10am - 8pm
Sundays:      12pm - 8pm

4) When you pick up your order: Give your name & order number to the front reception staff. Bring your own bags/box (or cooler) - they are not supplied.

5) Check that all your items are there, and sign that you have received. If you are paying Cash, exact change is necessary. Change is not provided.

*If you show up outside of the times/dates above, you will NOT receive your order!
*If you show up before your order has been delivered to the Toronto Pick Up location, you will NOT receive your order! Please be aware that hours may fluctuate during holidays - it is YOUR responsibility to check THIS page for any changes & updates.

Important:

- **Order Cut off Day: Each Tuesday before 1:00 PM EST - Place your order before 1 PM each Tuesday (cut-off) to have your order dropped off at the Toronto pickup location on the Thursday of the same week.

- ORDERS ARE DROPPED OFF ONCE EACH WEEK LATE AFTERNOON THURSDAYS. (If you need something fast, shipping via Canada Post or FedEx within the GTA usually takes 1-2 days, very economical, delivered to your home.)



- Orders must be picked up in a timely manner. Orders will not be kept past 2 WEEKS from date of drop off to the pickup location.

- If orders are not picked up after 2 weeks from the time they are ready for pickup, they will be cancelled and will incur a 5% restocking/processing fee or $5 restocking/processing fee if your order is under $100. This includes orders paid via credit card or Paypal.

- This is a pick up location ONLY. It is NOT OUR RETAIL STORE/WAREHOUSE/SHOWROOM, THERE ARE NO PRODUCTS STOCKED HERE.

- Do NOT contact Rawlicious for order issues- Any questions regarding your order, please contact Upaya Naturals directly.

- The pickup location does NOT provide grocery bags or boxes for your order. They will hand you your items but you will have to bring your own bag(s), box, cooler (for perishable or frozen goods).

- Ice cream, cheese and other frozen or refrigerated products must be picked up within 1 day from the time they are dropped off due to limited freezer/refrigerator space.

- You may have to wait in line if they are serving customers ahead of you.

- Please make sure to have you order number with you. It will be on your invoice that is emailed to you once you place your order. You will not be able to pick up your order unless you have your order number.

- The pick up location cannot give out nutritional advice, medical advice, dosages, instructions or modify orders. They do not have product knowledge and are only there to assist in handing you your order. Consult a qualified health care provider regarding raw food and/or vegan diet and explanations, nutrition, health questions, etc. or purchase a book or DVD available online.
