Rooibos is caffeine free, rich in antioxidants, and good source of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium, and Vitamin C. Also contains AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) known to be beneficial to the skin.  Although still relatively new to the Western continent this product is fast becoming a healthy and economical choice in our busy lives.  Brew the tea for about 3-5 min.  Has a beautifully vibrant red colour with a naturally sweet taste with a hint of rose.
