This bee pollen is arguably the finest in the world. Jarrah bee pollen
comes from the Jarrah trees of Western Australia which only bloom once
every couple of years - making this bee pollen unique and hard to find.
Wild Harvested Upaya Natural's is proud to be the only official
Canadian supplier of this very rare bee pollen. It's unlike any other
bee pollen you’ve ever tasted. Crunchy with a bit of sweetness - many
customers say it reminds them of a crunchy cereal from their childhood.
Jarrah bee pollen comes from a pure-strain pollen - from a
single plant species. It is this quality that makes it tolerable by many
who are historically allergic to bee pollen. Jarrah Bee Pollen has a
unique crisp texture that pops in your mouth with a wonderful delicate,
sweet flavor. This pollen is specially dried at low temperatures to
remove moisture which assures nutritional and shelf stability. This
drying process helps retain all the nutrients in their highest state
since fermentation and rotting does not begin to occur as with moist bee
pollen.
This product does not require refrigeration. Great for travel.
Transfer to an air-tight jar or container to preserve. One of the most
highly prized superfoods used for thousands of years, bee pollen is
known as an energy enhancer and authentic superfood - providing an array
of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, co-enzymes and hormones.
It is 55% carbohydrates and 35% protein.
Jarrah bee can can be added to your favorite cereals, yogurts,
smoothies trail mixes and tastes amazing on it's own! One of our
favorite superfoods.
Review By Dr Gabriel Cousens:
This is an alkaline food that is considered by many to be one of
the most complete food sources found in nature. It is one of the
highest ojas foods, and is a powerful shen builder. As the semen of the
plant kingdom, pollen is essentially pure ojas, and therefore absolutely
essential for balancing the spiritual nutrition diet, needed to grow,
create, and evolve on both the physical and spiritual planes. It is good
for building chi and both prenatal and post-natal jing. Bee pollen is
loaded with antioxidants, it is a hormonal booster and aphrodisiac, and
increases strength, endurance, energy, and speed. Bee pollen helps
restore ovarian function. It is loaded with B-vitamins, (including
human-active B12, but this human-active B12 is blocked by B12 analogs).
It reduces the presences of histamine, thus ameliorating many
allergies.Bee pollen contains 18 vitamins, carotenes, 56 minerals, all
22 essential amino acids, over 5,000 enzymes, polysaccharides and simple
sugars, nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), and 15 % lecithin (different from soy
lecithin) that is especially good for brain development. Research done
by doctors from France, Italy, and Russia, shows that bee pollen is one
of the richest sources of bioavailable protein in nature. Bee pollen is
approximately 20 percent protein. Gram for gram, bee pollen contains an
estimated five times more protein than meat, eggs, or cheese. Because
the protein in bee pollen is in a predigested form, it is easy to
assimilate. Like algae, bee pollen, as a multi-dimensional food,
supports chi, but through its body-toning quality, eventually fortifies
jing. E3 Live and reishi are its super-complements. I recommend 1-3 Tbsp
per day for everyone.
No bees are intentionally harmed by the beekeeper. Bees are not kept in
captivity and roam free. Bee's are given free flight (no pollen traps)
every other day when pollen traps are on, otherwise they will stop
collection pollen. In addition, a large portion of honey is left in the
hives so the bees can feed on what they collect during the winter.
