This is the perfect raw, organic coconut for making homemade coconut milk and coconut milk cream. I’ve been trying to find frozen, raw, organic coconut meat and water to make fresh coconut milk, but this is the perfect alternative! Just throw in a vitamix and strain for deliciously fresh, organic, raw coconut milk!

We love this coconut. My 11 year old twins have raw coconut every morning in their porridge and have for a few years. They noticed the difference right away when I switched companies. It’s much lighter tasting but sweeter than any other raw coconut I’ve tried.
