We purchased the crock for fermenting dill pickles and sauerkraut. We are quite happy with it. It functioned as described. Upaya Naturals shipped it to Barrie where I could pick it up in a timely fashion. Curb side pickup was seamless.

This crock was able to take 9 heads of cabbage and probably could take a few more if I had more "fatigued " and pressed more vigorously on the shredded cabbage. First ever sauerkraut was successful. Eager to try other ferments.
