I thought these would be a perfect, easy snack to grab when I was busy, and they are, but I'm surprised how many uses I'm finding for them. They work well in smoothies, porridge, crusts, even sauces. They're also nutrient dense, and omega 3:6 ratio is also ideal.

I realize how certain items may not be sold in time but the date on these do say good until 7/22 but sadly I found many are stale or taste just slightly off.  Perhaps having been in Hawai'i many times has spoiled me with their freshness but they have incredible nutritional benefits & I still recommend these for a snack or in smoothies or grind into a powder & sprinkle over pasta, fresh fruit or other grand Plant Based meals, they are scrumptious!! 💕🌱💚
