Dates are a fruit that come from the Date Palm Tree. They are typically consumed once they have been dried out. They are a good size oblong and quite sweet although are approx 65 calories each. Medjool dates can be used as an alternative to (cane) sugar.

I eat dates daily and this for many years. I can't be more please with these and I am not buying from any other place since I tasted them! They are fresh and gooey and perfectly sweet! Great as a treat or to add as a sweetener in smoothies! Worth the price!
