Sacha Inchi is a plant that grows in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru that grows a seed rich in nutrients and essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9). Peruvian Harvest’s Sacha Inchi Oil is made from carefully selected seeds, and goes through our unique true cold press process in order to preserve all the natural properties they contain. The unique process and selection helps s achieve Over 49% Omega 3 , 30% Omega 6 and 9% Omega 9.
Ideal for Cold Food Preparations Sacha Inchi Oil can be a great addition for salads and other cold meals, or to add a great light flavour to warm prepared meals.
Attention: Do not cook or fry with Sacha Inchi Oil as its Omega content may degrade and become unstable from exposure to high heat.
