The principle components of Sunflower Lecithin Powder are phosphatidylcholine (lecithin), phosphatidylethanolamine (cephaline), phosphatidylinositol and related phosphorous containing lipid.

I really am happy with this product. In fact I have ordered 3 more.  I bought it for my nerves which was causing my high blood pressure. Blood pressure has gone down. I feel more relaxed.
