Raw Organic Coconut Butter, also known as coconut manna, is hand made by grinding whole coconut meat and then slightly dehydrating it to create an incredible consistency. This is low in fat, for people sensitive to too much fat that love coconut or nut butters. This is a succulent pleasure. The nut butter is so thick, smooth and creamy with the great taste of sweet coconut meat. No artificial colourings, preservatives, stabilizers, flavoring or genetically engineered foods are contained.
This coconut butter is solid below 78 degrees and creamy and spreadable at higher temperatures. Freeze into truffles so a special treat or use as an icing on frozen creations.

Refrigerate for longer life. Oil separation may occur naturally, stir before serving.
Our
Organic Coconut Butter separates shortly after production, the coconut
fiber settles to the bottom and the coconut oil goes to the on top. To mix it
together, we recommend placing the closed jar in hot water for 10-20 minutes, the coconut oil will melt and become a clear liquid at which point you can mix it together into a uniform butter again.
