These are some of the best dried figs I've eaten. Several pounds in and I've yet to experience a fig that's too dry or flavorless. There's been the odd one that's a tiny bit sour, but not in a bad way. I like to cook them in my oatmeal where they get a bit rehydrated while maintaining their sweetness.
