5 of 5 Best probiotic I have ever tried September 8, 2020

I have been taking this probiotic for about a week and I have had some really amazing results:  no more gases and bloating.  I used to tie my jeans with a pin to hold it up in the morning.  By the evening, had to take off that pin.  I also had started to pass noisy and sometimes smelly gasses in the evening.  No more of that after a few days on the Health Bac.  Moreover, I go twice a day now...and no more loose bowels...used to go several times a day alternating between very loose and constipated.  I have tried all kind of other probiotics but none took care of these issues like Health Bac...and in such a short time.  Please forgive the crude language but this was my reality.  I will definitely reorder and I fully recommend this probiotic if you have digestive issues similar to mine.
