It has a rich, full-bodied flavor and an exquisitely delicate bouquet, and is loaded with healthful live enzymes. Made with only the finest organic ingredients and aged naturally in cedar wood kegs. No preservatives. Enjoy Nama Shoyu in your favorite raw-food dishes. You've heard the rumors, check this stuff out for yourself!

5 of 5 Excellent soy sauce! November 9, 2017
Reviewer: Noriko from AB,Canada
As a Japanese, I often use soy sauce for cooking. I have used so many different types of soy sauce included organic ones from other companies. Then I think this Nama Shoyu is the best! Excellent for salad dressing,Sushi, tempura sauce, cooking etc. Most of soy sauce is pasteurized though, this Nama Shoyu isn't and they are just filtered. So,the good flavor, smell and the color of natural soy sauce remain. That's why we buy 4 to 6 bottles of Nama Shoyu at once. If you are worry about salt, you can just use smaller amount and can still enjoy the real taste of soy sauce.

5 of 5 Great Seasoning June 29, 2010
Reviewer: Gabi from Mississauga, ON Canada
Lovely flavour, great addition to almost anything... not harsh like the stuff from the grocery store.  MORE than worth the $$.  Many people worry about the sodium content, but you need relatively little in your food so in the greater scheme of thing, the sodium becomes nothing to worry about.  I use it in my raw soups, salad dressing, juices, marinated and dehydrated sweet potato chips ... anything you can think of.

You'll be glad you tried it!
