This is the first time have tried these and what a wonderful addition to a raw vegan's diet.  So many wonderful ways to prepare, quick to make with any vegies in the frig.

Highly recommend also buying a Sushi Mat available on this site, did not realize that would need one and now in my wish list.

I love these. they are light and crispy on its own, I made Raw vegetarian sushi rolls.
They are delicious, I will definitely buy again.
