Storage: Refrigeration not required but may prolong shelf life more.
Serving Suggestion: Serve at room temperature for best results. We however, prefer it chilled. It is not fluffy or light like a traditional cake on the inside. As it is flour free it is very dense especially when chilled, it does become much more firm, so it may be preferable to eat at room temperature. Try it either way and see what you prefer.
