Earth Essence Shampoo - 16 oz (Raw, Vegan, Organic November 20, 2023 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Vancouver, BC Canada   I love this product very much, but the most recent order found 1/4 of the bottle of shampoo missing! Both of the conditioner bottles in my order were full, but both of the shampoo bottles were 3/4 full. Poor Customer Service July 10, 2023 Reviewer: Sara Mosh from Vancouver, BC Canada   Good range of products that you are hard to find. But poor to no customer service. Tried calling and emailing them, no reply. Few minutes after placing my order I remembered I forgot to order something I needed, called and emailed them. Didn't hear back.
