Sheep Sorrel has a wide range of uses from fever, sore throats, tumours, blood issues, circulatory system, with anti-septic, anti-bacterial, antiviral and anti-parasitic and anti-inflammatory properties. Depending upon the health of one's digestive tract it can both serve as a laxative and to help with diarrhea.
Sheep sorrel is a rich source of oxalic acid, sodium, potassium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, beta-carotene, carotenoids and chlorophyll, as well as citric, malic, tannic and tartaric acids
and vitamin C.
Caution: Do not use:
those with kidney stones/issues. Children and pregnant and
nursing women should not use. Not
recommended for people with arthritis, rheumatism,
endometriosis, gout and hyperacidity, since it may aggravate those
conditions, due to its high acidic content. Do not take with diuretics
