Ingredients: Rooibos, Cocoa Husk, Peppermint, Cocoa Bean, Roasted Chicory Root, Valerian Root.

Benefits:
Valerian may improve sleep and promote relaxation.
Peppermint may relieve digestive symptoms, such as gas, bloating and indigestion.
Chocolate is better than sex (the jury’s still out on that).
