Ceylon Cinnamon - SWEET (POWDER) - 8 oz (Certified Organic)

Highly fragrant and sweet, Ceylon Cinammon is true cinnamon.  Ceylon is different in taste compared to Cassia as well as lighter in colour - more of a tan shade.  Ceylon is not as sharp, spicy nor as warming as Cassia. Ceylon Cinnamon has a delicate yet complex flavor, with slight tones of citrus, floral and clove.

I’m so glad Upaya gives the option to buy Ceylon cinnamon.  Cassia is easy to find, but organic Ceylon not so much.  Thanks. Upaya!
