What great tasting coconut.  I use the shredded coconut in a lot of my recipes. Loved that it was on sale!

I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness.  I was rather concerned but as soon as I opened it, wow, the freshness and the aroma were awesomely delightful.  It also tastes divine, too.  Love it!  I put it on my large bowl of mixed fresh fruit, everyday or on different kale salads....absolutely awesome!  I will be ordering again very soon.  That, by the way, was my first order and certainly will not be my last.  Thank you!  :)
