Love all the goodness these seeds, rich in many vitamins & minerals plus I add a little vanilla or almond extract & maple syrup w/ the water while soaking it all in. I add 4-5 T to my fresh fruit or sauces I make & even soups, love being Vegan! ❤ For the Animals, the Planet, for the best of Health! 😊
