- Note: Leakage may occur during shipping due to natural fermentation.

Note: In the USA this product is labelled as Coconut Aminos. However due to Canadian Gov't restrictions, this product had to be renamed 'Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce'. It is the same product just a different label name for Canada.

Also this product is no longer technically a 'raw' product due to the pasteurization now required due to stabilization issues for shipping and storage. The new label will be slightly different as shown below. It will no longer have the word 'Raw' on it. We are thankful for the integrity and honesty of the manufacturer in labeling when there is no law or certification currently existing for use of the word 'Raw' on any food products to verify them as such.

Recipe Ideas

Use Coconut Aminos like soy sauce/Nama Shoyu/Tamari, in dressings, marinades, sautes, veg sushi, and sauces. Your taste buds and imagination are the limits.

Upaya Favourite: Coconut Aminos mixed in with your favourite oil (Olive or Sesame) onto kelp noodles (prepared), diced/sliced red/orange peppers, celery, collards, cucumber, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and our Cilantro Lime Mojo Pistachios & Pepitas dressed on top.

Due to the natural effervescence of this product, the contents may fizz when opened. Even though completely stable at room temperature for up to 3 years, if desired, you may refrigerate after opening to reduce the fizzy effect).

Amazing product! September 20, 2012
Reviewer: Janice Skates from Kirkfield, ON Canada
Stir fry with teriyaki sauce is my favorite food. When I developed a serious allergy to soy, i found it hard to avoid it. I looked up alternatives online, and some of the home made ones made me almost as ill as the real stuff. Finally, I found a reference to Coconut Aminos. I immediately bought some, and as soon as I found it in my mailbox, I started cooking. In a short time I was able to enjoy my favorite food again! This stuff is amazing! It is more like a teriyaki sauce than a soy sauce, but no matter what it is delicious. It made a great sauce, and a great marinade. My family loves it, too.
So far I have only found 2 negatives. Because of its lower salt content than soy (which is great health wise), it does have a lower cooking temp. Once you know, its easy to compensate to avoid burning. And the only other thing is the size, this bottle is too small. Thankfully I can buy a gallon bottle. That is being ordered soon :)
