PICK UP ORDERS
Important :
- This is a RESIDENTIAL pick up location ONLY.
This is NOT A RETAIL STORE/WAREHOUSE/SHOWROOM, THAT MEANS WE DO NOT HAVE FORMAL HOURS.
ORDERS ARE DROPPED OFF ONCE EACH WEEK. (If you need something fast, shipping within the GTA usually takes 1-2 days, very economical, delivered to your home)
How It Works:
1) Place your order online.
2) WAIT until WE contact YOU by email to give you the contact info. to pick up your order. If you have NOT received an 'Pickup Info' email this means your order is still processing/not ready.
3) Call the pick up location to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your order.
While we often love company, please keep in mind this is a RESIDENTIAL pick up location ONLY, NOT a retail store and we DO NOT service UNSCHEDULED PICKUPS (i.e. orders without ‘Pickup Info’ email sent (means that your order is not ready), dropping by without pre-arranged pickup times, and when we are closed for certain holidays).
We enjoy providing this location as an option and with your cooperation, we are able to continue to do so. Thank you.
