If you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped to you, please follow the instructions below. These instructions are for pickup orders for our Toronto pick-up location. They are detailed in order to avoid any confusion when placing an order for pickup. We also have a pickup location in Barrie, Ontario. Please click here for our Barrie pickup location.
PICK UP ORDERS - TORONTO, ON
In the Toronto area? Instead of shipping your order you ALSO have the OPTION to pick up your order in Toronto. Upaya Naturals gives you the CHOICE to SHIP your items via Postal Service OR you may PICK UP your items at our Toronto Pick Up location. Simply choose your shipping method as 'Pick Up Order - Toronto' at checkout and follow the instructions below.
PICK UP ORDER OPTION - TORONTO LOCATION
Important :
This is a RESIDENTIAL pick up location ONLY.
This is NOT A RETAIL STORE/WAREHOUSE/SHOWROOM, THAT MEANS PRODUCTS ARE NOT STOCKED HERE
ORDERS ARE DROPPED OFF ONCE EACH WEEK- Usually either THURSDAY or FRIDAY evening. (If you need something fast, shipping within the GTA usually takes 1-2 days, very economical, delivered to your home)
**Order Cut off Day: Wednesdays by 9:00 PM EST- Place your order before 9 PM each Wednesday evening (cut-off) to have your order dropped off at the Pape location on the Thursday of the same week.
Orders must be picked up in a timely manner. Orders will not be kept past 3 WEEKS from date of drop off to the Pape location.
How It Works:
1) Place your order online. On the checkout page fill in YOUR billing and shipping address, but choose 'Pick Up -Toronto' as the shipping method.
2) WAIT until WE contact YOU by email (usually within 36 hrs)- You will be sent an email stating the date it will be dropped off. (Check your spam filters for this email or give us a call)
3) *ONLY* once your order is at the pick up location, please drop by between the hours below or call the Toronto pick up location to make an appointment:

4) When you pick up your order: Give your name & order number. Bring your own bags/box - they are not supplied. *If you show up outside of these times and dates above, you will NOT receive your order! If necessary, you also have the option to make an appointment to pick up your order outside of the hours posted. Since appointments can only be made directly with the Toronto Pick Up Location, contact information will be sent via email after order has been confirmed.
If you show up before your order has been delivered to the Toronto Pick Up location, you will NOT receive your order! Please be aware there may be occasional weeks that the pick up location will be closed on one or more of these days - it is YOUR responsibility to check THIS page for any changes & updates.
Note: The pick up location cannot give out nutritional advice, medical advice, dosages, instructions or modify orders. Consult a qualified health care provider regarding raw food and/or vegan diet and explanations, nutrition, health questions, etc. or purchase a book or DVD available online.
